Providing literature, designs, photos, videos and details of admission expenses & university fees for planning and organizing the campaign/publicity work by Associate.

Communication & Liaison services with the university, for any clarification or support in the counseling activities, including organizing any zoom video conferencing with aspiring student or his parent, if needed.

Participating in any event, seminar or awareness meet organized by the Associate bearing necessary travel costs of 2-way flight fare, however the local hospitality, including the stay and local travel, and also the entire event costs shall be arranged by Associate.

Organizing a formal interview of the student by International Admission Office of the University and facilitating smooth transition of the admission process.

Arranging of Conditional Offer letter soon after the interview giving confirmation of the seat and clear commitment of the fee structure on the letterhead of the university, undr seal and signature of the concerned university official.

Arranging Admission letter/Invitation to study from the University under confirmation from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PR China.

Arranging the receiving of students (group) at the destination Airport and if necessary, organizing the presence of the college officials for handling the clearance and immigration formalities relating to the students.

Transporting students from the Airport till College hostels, taking care of food and water during the journey.

Keeping the hostel accommodation ready on arrival, for immediate occupation. The rooms will be organized as per the prior choice intimated by the students.

Arrangement for direct communication by the students with their parents to intimate their safe arrival at hostels.

The students will be helped to obtain ‘sim card’ for loading in their mobile phones, soon after the completion of enrolment procedurals.

Providing a complimentary meal on arrival to the students.

Arrangement for opening the local Bank Account, currency exchange and any such money transactions which may be needful to the students.

Guiding the student through enrolment process of registration, requisite medical check-ups, scrutiny of their education certificates, signing the declaration papers of the university etc.

Guiding the student through fee payments, and organizing proper official receipts for the same.

Co-ordinating with the college to arrange the local police registration, resident permit, visa extension, registration with the Embassy Office etc.

Guidance and assistance to students for any shopping, preliminary utilities etc.

College tour and local site seeing program with the co-ordination of the institution.

Introduction with the senior students, and organizing a welcome party for the freshers, in association with the university authorities.

Arrangement through the representative residing nearer to the university premises to attend to the immediate needs of students like medical aid, hospitalization, sickness etc.

Supportive services and Professional Counseling organized to the students through the College as well as the representative, to take care of them throughout their initial period of acquaintance with the college environ.

Providing information about the student’s progress and their academic performance to the parents periodically direct from the college, on receipt of request.

Assistance provided to the students in booking their flight tickets and also local travel for home trips during vacation.

In case of visits of parents, organizing necessary permissions from the College, and taking care of receiving, transporting and accommodating them comfortably, at their own costs.
